He began his career as a graphic designer at the Condé Nast Media Group in New York City, where he worked on projects for companies such as Proctor & Gamble, L'Oreal, Vogue, and US Trust, as well as contributing to Condé Nast's visual branding and collateral.
He went on to become graphic designer for the Motion Picture Association, where he worked on collateral, branding, marketing, and web design projects for a variety of ventures and projects aimed at promoting the film industry to the public and government representatives.
How now runs his design studio from Virginia with a focus on brand design, strategy development, and web design and development.
